Registered inspection service

Strict implementation of operational rules is required for registered inspection businesses that are authorized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
Based on these complex legal procedures,
we strive to maintain and improve our technical standards every day and to support our customers with thorough inspection systems.

Introduction of our registered inspection service

Overview

Our registered inspection service for aviation radio equipment performs on behalf of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications the inspections that a radio station must undergo to be authorized by the Ministry.

Our registered inspection service includes the following inspections:
1. Establishment inspections during the procedures to establish a radio station
2. Change inspections when radio station equipment is altered
3. Periodic inspections conducted according to periods specified by law

The establishment and maintenance of radio stations (aeronautical stations, aircraft stations) require the completion of complicated applications and inspection work.
We can take care of all application procedures, from establishing a station to the issuance of a license.
In addition, as a registered inspection company, we can also handle performance inspections and communication tests for actual communications equipment, such as establishment and periodic inspections for equipment.

Flow of inspection

1. Document checks

Check the contents of radio station statements and construction specifications against the actual equipment.

2. Bench checks

Inspect the electrical characteristics of the equipment (check that the present electrical performance of the radio equipment conforms to the technical standards in the radio equipment regulations of the Radio Act).

3. Flight inspections

Install the radio equipment in an aircraft and check that it operates normally under actual operating conditions (flight status).

4. Inspection Results Report

Prepare an Inspection Results Report for the radio equipment and other matters and submit it to the Regional Bureau of Telecommunications where the radio station is registered.

All steps are carried out by our experienced staff, and we have extensive track record of providing registered inspection service, with our motto being peace of mind, affordable prices, fast service, and reliability.

Our Services for Radio Station Application Procedures

Applications for radio stations are matters that are approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
It is necessary to make various applications based on the regulations. We have a track record of handling large numbers of applications for radio stations each year, and customers can carry out the application procedures with confidence by consulting with our specialized staff.

The procedures relating to radio station applications include the following:

Establishment application: when establishing a radio station
Change application: when altering the destination of communication, communication contents, or location of the radio equipment

To add auxiliary equipment or alter radio equipment
Change notification: when changing other minor items specified by applicable ordinances of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications

Each application or notification document is submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (respective Regional Bureau of Telecommunications) and examined. In the case of an establishment application, a preliminary license is given first. After the completion of construction, an inspection is performed, and a radio station license is then issued.
In the case of a change application, pre-approved alteration work is inspected, and operation of the equipment begins after that.

We strive to prevent disruptions in aircraft operation by making finely tuned schedule adjustments together with the owners of aircrafts.
Known for being fast, reliable, and affordable, we have a proven track record in the industry based on our many years of experience and reliability in handling establishment applications for radio stations of domestic regular air transport service companies, as well as for aerial work service operators.
When you need to complete the procedures for a radio station application, please consider our services.
