As an approved organization for equipment repair and alteration, our Tokyo Heliport Office mainly conducts inspection and repair services for aircraft equipment.

We are able to respond immediately to minimize impacts on operations, even in the case of sudden failures of radio equipment.

Our experienced engineers meet the expectations of our customers by utilizing the technical capabilities we have cultivated in more than 50 years of aircraft equipment maintenance service since our foundation.

The services at an authorized organization are classified as inspection services and repair services.

The inspection services performed by our inspection staff include an acceptance inspection performed before repair services for aircraft equipment and a completion inspection performed after repair. After the completion inspection, a final confirmation of all work is performed by our certifying staff, and the equipment is then returned to the customer.

In the repair services provided by our maintenance staff, the acceptance inspection is conducted before repair. After equipment is confirmed to be defective, it is disassembled, the defective parts are identified, the parts are replaced, and the equipment is reassembled. Our inspection staff then perform a completion inspection.

To ensure that we always respond to the requests of customers with regard to new models of aircraft equipment, we diligently update and expand the systems that enable us to perform inspection and repair services.
In addition, measuring instruments and specialized test equipment used for inspections and repairs are calibrated by external calibration institutions on a regular basis, and measuring instruments and replacement parts that are used in approved organizations are managed under proper environmental temperature and humidity conditions.
Under such a thorough management system, we perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance for our customers’ important aircraft equipment.
